What will you do as a Paid Media Specialist at Immoral?
• Coordinate and manage performance campaigns: You will be the backbone of the business strategy, coordinating requests and materials for campaigns, ensuring correct measurement, configuring and optimizing campaigns, and preparing monthly reports.
• Strategic work and autonomy: You will work hard creating strategies and processes, taking responsibility for your accounts and managing to scale the investment through effective and autonomous results.
• Analysis and creativity: You will perform PPC audits, define campaign structures, create audiences, configure catalogs and review creatives.
• Collaborative work: You will report to the Account Director, strategically support the New Business and prepare weekly meetings to maintain efficient workflow.

Main responsibilities:

Plan, execute and manage paid media campaigns on various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to achieve marketing and sales objectives.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to constantly optimize them, ensuring maximum budget efficiency and ROI.

Research keywords, audience segmentation and market trends to improve campaign performance.

Work closely with marketing and content teams to create persuasive ads and landing pages that convert.

Stay up to date on the latest trends and changes in advertising platforms to quickly adapt paid media strategies.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience managing paid media campaigns on digital platforms, with a proven track record of success in optimizing campaigns to improve performance.

Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and analytical skills to interpret complex data and make decisions based on analysis.

Advanced knowledge of digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Previous experience in marketing agencies or digital marketing departments is desirable, although it is not exclusive.

Senior or semi-senior profile, with a strong results orientation, attention to detail and a continuous commitment to learning and innovation in the field of paid media.
